We all have to capacity to live happier, more satisfying lives. Psychotherapy can help us to fulfill this potential. Many of us find ourselves stuck and struggling at various points and can benefit from someone helping us to find more clarity and deeper understanding; to offer us paths to healing and personal growth. I feel honored to provide others with this service.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults and couples counseling. My approach involves creating a welcoming and compassionate space where others feel safe enough to share their inner experiences, make contact with deeper parts of themselves, and to confront challenging life issues. It often includes processing and releasing old thought patterns, stuck emotions and tension held in the body. At times my approach consists of providing education on mental health issues and teaching skills for coping and improving communication. I offer training in mindfulness meditation for cultivating greater presence, self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional balance. This type of therapy centers on transforming your relationship with yourself and the people in your life.
